Pros

If taking advantage of the training and being coachable, this could be a life changing opportunity. Potential for a great income and fast advancement within the company if someone has the desire to be in management.

Cons

It is not for everyone. In an agent's first two years if they want to be a top producer there will need to be personal sacrifices no doubt. Not sure that is much different than any other new career for someone, but having done this business for two decades I know it rings true here. Work/life balance in the beginning leans toward heavy work, but with the sacrifice then it can lean to a nice life with still great income with a well built network.
