-Uncapped income potential -Great Work Environment -Build a career/portfolio in the real estate investment space I have been at NetWorth Realty for just about 5 years. Started with the company right out of college and couldn't have asked for a better company/platform to build a career off of. The business model really does work and is successful in any market. Was able to open up an office 3.5-4 years in by being consistent and working hard. The CEO's and leaders of the company believe strongly in not pulling the ladder out from behind them and upward mobility.

Cons

-Not for everyone if you can't buy in to the core values of the company -What you get is what you put in. This job is not for everyone being commissioned base, however if you make yourself more successful than you could imagine.

The people, the opportunity, the personal growth and company culture. I love coming to work everyday with people who are just as motivated as I am. They are more like family. Our opportunity to make unlimited income, build our own networth through real estate and, for those that want to, open your own office is an opportunity like no other. There's never a point where you stop growing and developing yourself knowledge wise and as a leader. We work hard, but with that comes a lot of fun office experiences and company trips to reward the effort. For those looking to make 1% earner type of money and work in an incredible company culture, NetWorth Realty is for you.

Cons

This is not a good fit for anyone with an employee mindset that is only looking to work a 9-5.
