No salary pay, so you have to really bust it to make a living. Fees were sometimes low and out of your control.

The best work environment and training experience. Support from everyone at the office, incentive trips and bonuses are icing on the cake for your hard work.

Cons

Not sure if this is a con or a plus, but this job requires drive and passion for real estate in general, and your hard work is rewarded in the form of commissions as a 1099 employee. You must be financially prepared to put in the hard work from the beginning to later see the benefit in the months that follow. This is not an hourly paid job.
