Pros

Great company to start your career at and gain experience. They provide training in a number of different technologies that are in demand. Fun social activities and nights outs every friday while on training. They try to accomodate your preferred location when placing you on customers site.

Cons

Have to be flexible with location.

Pros

I'ts a really fun place to work and i've learnt almost as much as I did at Uni in just a couple of Weeks.

Cons

Training is unpaid and there's sometimes a bit of uncertainty about where you will be placed or what you will train in, but you're told what to expect before you join so its not that big of a deal.
