Pros

The atmosphere in the office is amazing. The training staff are extremely focused on providing the best experience for trainees both in and outside of work during the 12 week training period with the company. The opportunity to learn esoteric, high-profile technologies regardless of your technical background!

Cons

The training can be quite intensive making it hard to find free-time during the 12 weeks. The rewards for working hard outweigh this though, to be honest

Pros

The Academy: Amazing facilities (Office, Accommodation & Location) Great Social Events Good Course Structure Excellent standard and delivery of content Training staff are extremely helpful Friendly and professional atmosphere Both Challenging and Rewarding Industry level training for junior developers in various technologies Industry level recognized certifications/qualifications paid for by the company

Cons

Must be geographically flexible Putting in extra work is beneficial in the long run Not a lot of choice in which technologies you are trained in, it varies depending on what the business needs so be prepared for training in what ever the business needs. Training can sometimes feel rushed

Pros

Get full training in high demand technologies. Spacious Offices in heart of Media City During Training Period, provided accommodation in luxury apartments Get placed on site at prestigious clients. Lot of company events like dinners, pub quizzes, football matches etc. Chance to gain certifications and qualifications in industry leading technologies

Cons

Training period is hard work and requires a lot of effort both in and outside of work hours. Geographical Flexibility is a must. If you aren't willing to move around the country, don't even show up to the interview. While Netbuilder will try and put you in a region if you have a preference, it's no guarantee, and you will be expected to go where you're sent. Plans can change rapidly, and you may find yourself having to arrange things on short notice, but again, Netbuilder will usually show consideration.
