Pros

None. As it is difficult to find a job, it may be tempting to go for them out of desperation. Do not do it. There is always a better deal somewhere, and you will waste two years getting trained in technologies that are not in demand. You will not be set up for a good career long term.

Cons

Highly unprofessional. Weird secrecy between staff. Everyone gets told they are "highly intelligent," "a real asset," that "there is something more about them", etc. This is just to persuade you to stay, don't fall for it. Lack of communication and proper career planning. Their plan for you changes all the time and different people tell you different things. Some grads get awesome promises of placements that end up falling through, meaning they end up spending weeks in that stuffy warehouse that they call an office. Very low salary which they lied about. 15k fee if you leave before two years, the logic being that this is what their training is worth; training consisted of reading a user-manual. I did also get a laptop but wasted hours having to dowload basic things like a pdf viewer. Ironically it was their unprofessionalism that allowed me to get away: as I'd never even seen a contract, I was able to leave before legally committing to the fee. Essentially, this company just leases you out to their customer, with no concern for your professional development but instead just trying to achieve profit for themselves. Low morale.

Many thanks for your feedback, we value your opinion. We expect all Consultants to have the right attitude during the 12-week training, and expect each applicant to fully research the company and the offer we make before accepting. NETbuilder invests in the continued development of each Consultant. Due to the fact that the technologies that we train in are driven by market and client demand, there are sometimes unexpected changes in deployment date or engagement. However, each training track is carefully planned to suit the needs of our Customers and Consultants and will continue to be going forward. In October 2014, NETbuilder will take all Consultants that have been with the company for over a year to Palma, Mallorca for a Collaboration Weekend. The aim of this event is to share information, collaborate and feedback about how to improve the Academy for our Consultants and Clients. Best wishes NETbuilder

Terrible company

Pros

initially, it seems they are offering a good opportunity for graduate, but its just a springboard to enter the market

Cons

The company operates on a dishonest and unsustainable business model, both towards its employees and its clients. They present themselves as a professional organisation with deep expertise, yet in reality they primarily hire junior consultants—often fresh graduates with no experience—on very low salaries. These employees are then pressured to self-train, compete against each other, and risk losing their jobs if they fall behind. To make matters worse, the company assigns these underqualified resources to client projects, creating stressful environments for both employees and clients, and ultimately undermining the quality of the service delivered.

Pros

Very friendly teammates, young people around.

Cons

First of all, they don't offer a job position. It is just a contract to sell your freedom for 2 years: 3 months trainning + 2 years working. After the trainning you can not leave the company before these 2 years. Otherwise you pay the cost of the trainning (highly overrated). The trainning is just an excuse to force you to stay, you will learn nothing, general things which you can learn in a bar with a beer in your hand sharing ideas with friends. During the 2 years job contract they will try to sell you to another company to work. If they can not do it, they pay you almost nothing and you stay in their warehouse in standby mode developing their inner projects for 2 years. If they do, the salary is still low. It's not up to you to go to a client.
