Cons

Low Salary, high expectations, Directing manager keeps hiring low experienced managers with no attitude and very low knowledge of IT. The directing manager is so greedy and does not spend an extra penny on anything. He is just a show off old one with no attitude. there is a reason that no one works for you for long.

Good colleagues around & most of them are youngest

Cons

They don’t have multiple customers & They Only had one customer & lost that customer. And then reduction plan!, have joined in this company with so much hope and long term career plan. But most them lost their jobs with in 2/3 months after joining in NB.
