Pros

NETbuilder is a friendly and ambitious company, one that I am proud to be a part of. My day-to-day role is very rewarding and the office has a great atmosphere. Training and personal progression is constantly on offer. -Great company -Great work ethic -Great friends

Cons

Previously some long distant travelling was involved but due to us now having a split-site recruitment team, this is no longer needed.

Pros

NETbuilder will go the extra mile to invest in you, building your skills and knowledge by taking you through a training scheme that exposes you to niche technologies and improves core soft skills. The office has a friendly, fun atmosphere where you can always blow off steam with a game of pool after a hard day of work, and the staff are always there to help and support one another. It's challenging, but very rewarding and interesting work. I can't imagine a job I would enjoy more.

Cons

Intensive work - however it is well worth putting in the extra effort, just be careful managing your work/life balance

Pros

Good working atmosphere with a focus on teamwork and self improvement. Good balance between work and play. Pool table in lounge. Regular social activities. Training in leading technologies.

Cons

Need geographical flexibility and no choice in the technology you train in, this wasn't a problem for me but for some it may be a problem.

Pros

The atmosphere in the office is amazing. The training staff are extremely focused on providing the best experience for trainees both in and outside of work during the 12 week training period with the company. The opportunity to learn esoteric, high-profile technologies regardless of your technical background!

Cons

The training can be quite intensive making it hard to find free-time during the 12 weeks. The rewards for working hard outweigh this though, to be honest

Pros

Fast application process. Training is fast moving and allows employees to be suited to where they fit best. Great opportunities for people, allowing employees to move to different areas of the UK, meeting new people and allowing skills to grow (educational and social).

Cons

Being separated from people if they move to a different location.

Pros

The opportunity to train in new and market leading technologies combined with the great atmosphere around the office makes it really enjoyable working for NETbuilder. The staff are really friendly and helpful, plus the things you learn whilst there will helped me to grow not only technically but as a person as well.

Cons

The training is very intensive and finding the right work/life balance can be quite a challenge, it is definitely worth it though.

Pros

The courses are far more engaging than most of my lectures at university, the atmosphere is very relaxed and the trainers are genuinely friendly and helpful. The role is a fantastic start for graduates, the training is in relevant technologies currently on demand, and you get to experience several technologies and work on different projects.

Cons

Unpaid training, plan a budget for 12 weeks, and you should be fine. Training can be quite intensive at times, you get to cover a lot of content really fast.
