Pros
The people are what make this company great. Some of the best people that I have ever worked with. Compensation is average but getting better. Management does provide ample opportunities for team building and really cares about the culture.
Cons
Limited opportunity for career advancement due to size. Cramped office space with no opportunity for quiet space to focus on objectives.
