Pros
Maybe I sound like I drank the Kool-Aid, but I am lucky to work here and I love it. Everyone is intelligent and driven and cares about what we do. It's the perfect size - big enough so you can do your own thing, but small enough that you know most people's names. I love that I get to know people on other teams, and that we all recognize each other for going above and beyond.
Cons
Because of the acquisition, there have been a lot of changes, and a lot of uncertainty, and we have lost a lot of really excellent people. So a lot of my day-to-day struggles are related to some of our departments being understaffed. Also, some of my coworkers aren't thrilled with salary/benefits.
