      They have good management and interesting tasks. Also colleagues who usually can help

      Pros

      - Salary above Brazilian market - Possibility of home office - Great benefits, for Brazilians everything according to CLT and SINDPD - 3rd party partnership with a company that provides psychologist, accountant and other professionals to help the employee - Performance review every year - Possibilities to expand knowledge and explore more areas - Netcracker has a lot of projects, so you will always learn something new - Great co-workers, most of them have a solid background with a lot of experience and are always willing to teach you - I had about 4 managers in my 9+ years (so far) and all of them were nice people which recognized my work

      Cons

      Some systems are a bit old, but as the company grows it is replacing those systems with Cloud. Some project will have a high demand on you due to it's importance, be prepared for those cause the pressure will be high.

      Good salary payment for freshers to start their career.

      Cons

      Downfall of the company started by politics and company shifting from Rai Durg to Manikonda Lanco hills and it's Maintenance. Previously it used to have transport but now no transport facility and no lunch and no bonus and no gratitude for hard working employees Worst management.
