Policies are good. Maternity leave & perks are good.

Cons

Fewer leaves compared to other big multinational companies. Working from the office & completing 8-9 hours from office.

Pros

The work environment is good and positive. Seniors are understanding and cooperating. Get a chance to work with people around the world. Good salary hike at the time of joining.

Cons

No cab services. No salary appraisals and no proper procedure as well. No career growth. Ruined work and personal life balance. No office outings.

Pros

- Pro-employee culture - The overall interview process and onboarding process is one of the best I hae seen in my career - Customer training dept (headed by Rhoda) is just awesome. I really had a great time learning so much from many individuals from the team - Company policies are really good - My employment was not for long (10 months), as I wanted to pursue my dream of working as into technology training - Anyone thinking of joining the training team, should not give another thought

Cons

- I haven't observed any real con TBH.
