Pros
Working here I found as I expected and more, actually in LATAM we have a job crisis because the employers doesn't have good features for their employees BUT Netcracker is making a super work giving a decent job for all the employees here. The best part is that they encourage you always to be you're best and they gave you education to look forward... EDUCATION! with their self-learning courses or training session that you easily can reach.
Cons
Maybe we need a culture of good writing communications, because I see a lot of misunderstandings by no writing well, we need to speak English but we also need to learn how to communicate properly (Writing) to avoid unnecessary discussions.
