      Pros

      This is the first product based company I am working for. I can see a drastic shift in the work culture (previously I worked for service based orgs). NetCracker has a good culture with nice work life balance. Colleagues are very helpful. No micro management. Good growth in terms of knowledge as well as financially (you get a very good hike if deserved). You are eligible for hikes in any quarter. But only once a year (as far as I have seen)

      Cons

      Company needs to work more on employee benefits. No annual functions or days are organized. No variable pays/bonus or payout for client appreciations.

      One year in junior position

      Overall friendly atmoshepre and attitude Paid overtimes Agile like processes

      Cons

      You don't necessarily get to work with a popluar stack of technologies and sometimes your experience is not relevant outside of Netracker. That goes for most big companies as they utilize trheir own technologies. e.g., teams are focused on limited task area and if you want to try more things you have to search for such project inside of Netracker. Salary have not changed year into position. The problem is it's not clear for junior engineer how often that supossed to happen, and mostly people need to speak to their manager in a long-term.
