If they fire you then it will be 1 day release n they will give you 2 month salary without work so you can prepare for your interview

1.Biggest issue no job security , can fire you anytime , 1 day release without any performance check 2.Hike policy is waste 3.Nothing new to learn 4.No onsite opportunity 5.No cafeteria 6.No team outing n team building activity 7.Management has no managing skills 8.Lead , Managers n HR are useless 9.Track your Naukri profile 10.Hike month is Oct n Nov NOTE : Even after reading this if you join then god bless you
