International company, huge telecom transformations, famous customers

Cons

Bad people management, too many managers and nobody knows what some of them actually do, it may be up to 3 managers in one team, managers get all benefits - prize, business trip low average expertise Unclear process of raising. Indian QA can become senior in 1 year which is nonsence.

- a lot of legacy - not much good tech experts in the company (when I left)
