      Pros

      Very young company with lots of Telecom and IT experts. Due to several international projects, if you get to be assigned abroad, you can travel around the globe with significant exposure to new customers, other competitors and, of course, international culture.

      Cons

      Variable payment based on performance should be more agressive.

      Pros

      There are an abundance of talented employees at NetCracker. The pay and benefits are really good as well.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency in job expectations and reviews. This was quite possibly the worst place I have worked. I was not treated with respect and was expected be more of a personal assistant than an expert in my job. There were no documented policies and procedures and things were expected and never communicated. I met some great people at this company but overall it was a mistake ever taking the job.

      Pros

      Excellent culture of collaboration, customer centric atmosphere making sure that the customer is always first priority.

      Cons

      There are some culture issues when working with Russian team some times they are not open to discuss issues with you.
