Pros
My manager was excellent and the work was somewhat stimulating. The pay was decent enough and the benefits are all of your standard benefits (except no 401K match).
Cons
Netcracker has a culture problem, and a leadership problem. If the wind blows the wrong way, you may lose your job. This is a sign of an abysmally mismanaged company. Further, the culture is non-existent and unprofessional. It's an uptight group of people (at least my group was), not the type of people that make the work environment fun or inviting.
