      1: Overtime is paid 2: Salary on time usually on 2nd last working day of the month. 3: Good projects 4: Hybrid working 5: Health insurance

      1: Be ready for internal interviews even you have joined this company. 2: Rat race 3: Apart from work you will find nothing interesting 4: Fight for your existence 5: Always a Russian will manage a team. 6: Designation is just a title, your role can vary. 7: Overloaded work. 8: Less pay.

      - Offers work opportunities with interesting new technologies. - Pays better than average market - Skills and capabilities are given preference over years of experience. Common occurrence to see young skilled professionals lead development teams consisting of much senior members, based on their abilities in the specific area of work.

      Cons

      - Feedbacks are not transparent, you will never know what your manager has rated you. - Appraisals are not regular, there does not seem to be a standard process/interval for revising salaries. - New office in Gurugram has many complaints of bad management, who are micromanagers, have unrealistic expectations, give undue hard time to employees. Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad seem to be better in this area, better pool of managers there. - Based on your role, there is possibility of very poor work life balance.
