      Pros

      I think the most important thing in any company is treat their employees fairly. In this regards NetCracker seems to do a great job. If you really want to work, if you want to be successful, if you have knowledge to develop NetCracker will give you all you need. Even if you come to NetCracker in the lowest position possible you can achieve everything you want. Talented people are treated are treated fairly in NetCracker, the company gives you all you need for a successful career and it is only up to you to use it. In NetCracker you have a chance to work with great people, you have an opportunity to travel around the world and be engaged in different projects. At the same time there is a lot of back-office work as well, thus I think there is work for everyone, you just need to really want it.

      Cons

      You really need to work hard in NetCracker. Probably it is not really a Cons, but if you are not ready to give as much as you can at work, then it is not the right place for you.

      Exciting, challenging and friendly work environment. Incredibly flexible work hours.Great career opportunities. Smart and brilliant people to work with. The culture fosters trust and respect. Enough room and opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Competetive white salary and compensation package. Pretty good perks and bonuses.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming, if you are not good at your personal time management.

      Pros

      The company gives almost unlimited opportunities to grow: lots of projects and initiatives worldwide, open door culture, experienced team. But do not expect any easy way to go. It's a hard job that challenges you every day. The environment here changes rapidly and you have to run over your limit - this is what I like most and what keeps me at NetCracker. Your career and your tasks depend on your own performance, proactivity and engagement. All worthy affords are rewarded. Corporate culture and team is great.

      Cons

      Average office, some lack of heating in winter. Overtimes happen and they can influence your private life. Do not expect to combine work with own projects. You will never get promotion only for the length of work or in advance, just for your real efforts (it could be added to Pros also).
