Pros

Good company for starting career in IT. A lot of projects give opportunity to study different technologies and travel abroad.

Cons

Variety of projects assume you can have really old project with old technology which prevent you from grow in professional way. Process of introducing of new technologies is kinda slow.

1) NetCracker team is the first reason to work here. There’re a lot of people who are always ready to help (really good guys :) ). 2) The company is very fast growing. That’s why there are so many challenging opportunities in NetCracker. 3) International project work is also one of NetCracker advantages. I had great experience working on-site.

Cons

Narrowly applied technologies. I mean, lack of deep research and innovation up-to-date technologies.

Cons

Too many managers for a developer (not all of them very competent or qualified), 'dead sea' effect, somewhat old technologies, waterfall methodology
