Convulsive management sometimes makes working process pretty hard.

The company is run only be Russian management, indian managers have no say in anything. The manager expect you to work even without giving a kt and they need an answer for each and every minute. Micromanagement at its best. The probation is of generally three months, but if your manager is not happy with you, he would easily extend it and the hr will not even listen to your side of story. Communication is the biggest problem because of the Russians. Work life balance is worst. Managers could be biased. The only ppl who are work are freshers, mainly because they have signed a bond of two years. Compensation wise also, it doesn't offer you as any product base company, as they call themselves. No cafeteria.
