I've worked for a number of companies before but this one is something else. If you get hired on to this company expect to be gone within a year. Even the CEO made a similar statement during an all hands meeting- " I expect 1/2 of you to be gone within a year". Especially right before it's time for bonus payout you better have your CV updated.

1. Salary less than average in the industry in Russia. 2. Old solution with old technologies. 3. Bad apportunity for senior and higher position of software developer. 4. Horrible office in Samara. 5. A lot of overtimes.
