      India Hyderabad center is not stable as the Russian management does not trust them and only crap work will be given to hyderabad center

      Fair compensation, nice recognition in the telecommunications industry, some people have really good domain expertise; decent flexibility within the company

      Cons

      Not a lot; however occasional favoritism will hurt, but not unique to this company anyway. Deadlines can get weird sometimes
