      In Russian, Ukrainian offices a lot of problems with senior management staff A lot of bureaucracy in the company People that don't know how you work and what you actually do make decision about you salary, bonuses and so on it's not so normal

      Somehow company lacking good management in some projects. So I can see chaos in processes. And it seems that nobody cares.
