      Pros

      There are a lot of benefits in NetCCracker. Some most important for me: Almost all colleagues treat with understanding in case of complications with work process and provide help. It helps to increase and disclose internal abilities. Wide range of challenges for almost all levels of employee experience.

      Cons

      Possible issues with work-life balance. Nevertheless, it depends from employee and level of involvements into NetCracker work process

      Some projects could be very interesting, business trips to other countries across the globe.

      Cons

      Poor working conditions, huge open space with a lot of noise. Just one monitor by default and workstations are not great (poor performance and quality)
