Top-brand in space - BSS/OSS, Telecom software assets SDN/NFV. Part of a bigger company - NEC, Japan Sound financials Aggressively growing - gives opportunities to grow for individuals Competitive work environment. This is required to survive in a highly competitive market landscape

Cons

Please don't read this as negative - company's working demands change quite often due to the changing nature of the business and customer expectations. Due to this many colleagues feel uncertainty and difficult to cope, but almost everyone succeeds eventually. Company has a solid roadmap and future plans and investing in right areas. It is just that it needs to be communicated well to all levels and alleviate this feeling.
