      Opportunity to work on a huge project face to face with customer. Business trips. Greate opportunities for career growth.

      Benefits packages is not good enough. Teambuilding policy, like no project events even for milestones and only one company event in a year it is New Year party. It is not easy to get upgrade for your work station or laptop.
