Pros
Customer focus is #1 - everything else comes after. Very flat org - direct snr management visibility if you want it and opportunities for growth (especially in technical disciplines). Success financially rewarded in the Sales arena. A lot of focus on industry visibility/events and relentless drive to invest in their own future. A fast maturing, agile product set almost all sat within the same 'framework' (many claim this but can’t deliver it). Retained autonomy from the parent company NEC but enjoys their investment and counsel. NetCracker acquisitions have been fully integrated (rather than staying as a separate division as with other companies).
Cons
Running (very) fast, reacting (very) quick, and being pushed (very) hard isn't for everyone so be ready for it [also a ‘pro’]. Regular travel (regardless of distance) isn’t by choice if in a customer facing role so again, make sure it's for you. The complete focus on the customer (right up to the CEO) seems to be at the expense of internal comms, process, etc so don't expect to be hand fed info/updates. No training or career discussion/coaching – it’s all on the job coaching/find out for yourself.
