      Pros

      Nice company for all streams. Very good organization for testing group HR is so reachable and act fast if we have any concerns Clear Road Map for our career growth Higher management is easily accessible for any employee NetCracker has its own QA Practices which will help to deliver product/project with high quality People will get regular onsite trips based on projects Higher management will not pressure any employees rather they help to achieve the deadlines

      Working with NetCracker since past 1 year Good work life balance Good learning opportunity on BSS/OSS products. NetCracker products are very competitive in the BSS/OSS market place. Good Pay. No variable pay. Full fixed CTC which you can take home. NetCracker and NEC collaboration catching up with the current industry and Technology trends. Lot of onsite opportunity to good countries.

      Pros

      There is a trust which the employee can earn and take great leaps. With my experience here, I have never seen a turbulence in the environment during work or in general times. Best company to work when it comes to work-life balance as the company understands the needs of every employee.

      Cons

      Though the office in Hyderabad is expansive and very energetic with lot of activities, I work out of Bangalore. The office space is little less and the management is unable to get various activities done.
