      You can work for a company that will do everything for you to be able to close your deals - everything - you have to know what you are doing, you have to be clever, rough, dedicated

      If you are looking for a place to spend your time - go to somewhere else - no results no job

      Pros

      Netcracker is a highly customer focussed organization and it currently has capabilities to provide solutions across the entire BSS/OSS stack. This basically opens up opportunities for Netcracker to get more customers , correspondingly increase in the revenues and hopefully the end margins as well in the long run.

      Cons

      Flat structure with career growth opportunities being limited. Leadership Trainings are non existent. Not sure how succession planning occurs.

      NetCracker is a very fast paced and dynamic organisation that encourages employees to take on greater accountability and with this comes greater responsibility and expectations. Employees must be willing to put in 100% if they want to be noticed and rewarded. With opportunities come challenges that need to be solved.
