Pros

They pay well. It is the only way they keep employees. many have said that they would leave if not for the money. Company is growing fast. They have become a body shop mostly.

Cons

Ultra high pressure and very political. Lots of back stabbing. Not much in terms on value. Pulling as much money from customers as possible

Fast growing, developing opportunistic flexible company, challenging the new areas and harvesting existing ones , very open and friendly atmosphere from one hand but very professional from the other. If you can help the company grow and be successful you'll get your reward

Cons

As a fast growing company you always need to be flexible and adopt to the everchanging environment that sometimes put additional pressure on you.
