Cons
I perceive the collaborators in Brazil (not only on my own team) as being of pretty low diversity - both in race and gender. I don't know how much of it is really due to some imbalance already present in the available candidates, though. Sometimes it is harder to get some relevant information from a different team. This is not a real con though - typically it is settled quickly as soon as the other team understands why the information was requested.
