Colleagues are not only skilled but also genuinely nice people, which makes collaboration and teamwork a positive experience. Whenever you encounter a problem or need assistance, there is always someone ready to help. The culture of mutual support is strong, and employees are willing to share their knowledge and lend a hand when needed.

Cons

Despite having a great team, the severe lack of growth opportunities, poor management, stressful work environment, and disregard for employee well-being make this company not worth your time.
