Projects are well streamlined and follows a well defined track. More holidays compared to other organization

The appraisal process in not at all good and its very confusing. At the time of recruitment they will say that we have quarterly appraisals but they will take more than a year for your appraisal. I find annual appraisals to be simple and efficient.
