Management treats employees as labourers

I didn't find any within 1.3 yrs of experience
Cons
1- Worst product, designed in an unnecessary complicated way. The product developers don't believe in simplified solutions. 2- The knowledge ( if you acquire any) won't be helpful anywhere in your career. 3- Eventually all managers and TLs become slaves of Russian employees ( Most senior positions are acquired by Russians.) 4- THEY FIRE EMPLOYEES JUST LIKE THAT. Even senior technical managers also got fired without any prior information or warnings. The firing is not for Covid- 19 situation but it happens all time in the year. 5- If any employee asks something to the reporting manager. His / Her reply would be , " Nothing is in my hand". Then for what reason they are called managers, I never understood. 6 - If u are planning to join this company then please do join if you don't want to learn anything new or cutting edge technologies or you don't want to explore anything in your life.
