- Horrible onsite line managers - who think us as slaves!! They are out on a vengeance to try to discipline the subordinates!! What is this sheer nonsense!! is this as school environment!! We are working for the company not you, you brainless managers!! Highly unprofessional set of onsite line managers (who are always WFH); especially the teams in US and Canada. They have never been to an office!!! hahaha!!! - If you are the manager pleasing kind of person, then this is the place for you!! - Bad food and atmosphere - HR department in Bangalore location is not competent!! They don't support you in any form, even when the managers are harassing you. NO idea what they are up to on a daily basis!! - Hikes are never given on time. Some rumors keep going around till, but the management does nothing!! Sits idle!! - Juniors become Functional/Line managers just like that!! No hierarchy/Org structure is followed!! But, when you ask for a promotion you don't get one! Because you do not deserve it (according to them!!!!!) This is a big joke really!!

Russian driven company, they will treat you as labour and will throw you out at their will even if you are a star performer and has been doing a great job. No one knows how to talk, work culture is extremely pathetic and you will think of leaving the company from Day 1 you join. No positive vibes to work properly. High rate of layoffs. No job security. Only support tickets is taken care by Bengaluru office, all the other important tasks are managed by Russians only. The worst thing is that no one from Russian team replies when you need help and they will escalate things in no time even at your slight mistake.
