Very poor single digit salary hikes and you need to remind repeatedly to get one. no proper feedback or reward system. none of he hike will be given on time . got 3 hikes in last 5 years last hike couple of months back on average 1 hike every 2 years. No learning and its a high stress job with continues SLA and deadlines High stress and low reward. you will asked to work on multiple projects at a time.
