      Pros

      Very good product based on java. Exposure to telecom domain Good HR Gwt framework exposure(not much of front end.gwt pretty much covers most of it)

      Cons

      No projects and forget about java based development. My manager was worst.Others were bit ok

      Pros

      Pick up and drop facility. Can not think of anything else.

      Cons

      1.Micromanagement 2.Indian managers are for name sake. Everything is controlled by the Russian management only. We as an individual contributors have no say at all. 3.Work culture is not employee friendly. 4.There is no good team building.

      Netcracker is the best organization in providing customer solutions. It provides great opportunities to learn technologies.It is a good company to start a new career in IT.

      Cons

      Uses very old technology for the core product of Netcracker.
