Pros
This is my first job, and it's been about 4 years at this company. I've got good growth opportunities, and interesting tech stack to work on. Salary levels are quite good. For freshers it is above average.
Cons
Process for appraisals and promotions is not transparent. Have got many appraisals, some increments were very close to expectations, but what I miss is a performance review one-on-one meeting. Employees just get a mail from their managers informing them about any new promotion/increment. There is no well defined process to discuss past performance, revised goals, feedbacks and increment negotiations.
