      nothing to highlist the pros here in netcracker, no transparancy at all

      Cons

      Almost 4 years in the organisation with one time hike, no communication from management side why there are no hikes. Hikes are purely with Russain managment and do't know the criteria for getting hikes, no reviews & apprisals. Reporting HRs are not responding to employees. they do hire and fire people, no ethics at all.

      Product teams are fast-moving and more willing to experiment with new technologies.

      Cons

      Continued use of legacy tools with little or no effort to upgrade. Very slow growth and lack of transparency. No fixed appraisal cycle and no defined process for quarterly reviews. Mandatory three days of office attendance without sufficient seating or proper workspaces.
