Pros
One of the good things about Netcracker is the emerging telecom domain which will remain one of the best domains to work for atleast in the near future. Management keeps track of the employees progress and is ready to align the tasks and roles assigned, according to the employees career growth plan. Technically its up to the employee to raise his own career graph, and the management will surely help in the same. There is absolutely no micro management and as long as employees finish their work on time, no one interferes. There is also lot of flexibility and people can have good work life balance.
Cons
Not much of cons - except we need more of recreational activities in office to keep things lively. Else it gets monotonous.
