The environment is worst in ICOMS team, especially for those candidate who is joining in AS/400 technologies.
Cons
Candidate in AS/400 technologies, Please don't join this company as the internal management believes in hire and fire policy. The company has hiring process in as/400 technologies through out the year, in every two to three month you can find vacancy in the company for limited number of seat because iteration rate is highest in the team due to worst environment. Some old bulls in the team don't want to stay new people for long.
