The NetCracker Company is a great place to work in terms of teamwork and stability. The company has a positive culture that fosters collaboration and supports its employees' professional development. The management is supportive and approachable, which makes it easy to communicate with them. The company also offers its employees medical insurance, which is a great benefit. Moreover, there is remote work opportunity that allows you to work from home and balance your work and personal life. These benefits were really tangible for me in terms of Covid-19 and then, war in Ukraine. I really appreciate the support that Company provided me in these hard times.
Cons
In terms of drawbacks, sometimes there are issues or decisions that simply take time to be solved. It may seem frustrating, but this is how the system works to be stable. In some departments the carrier opportunities are limited.
