Good Exposure for Technical Writers

Pros

Free Transport, Good work in terms of technical writing. You get exposure on working on different documentation and projects.

Cons

NO WFH. Company Policies are not at all Flexible, Not employee Friendly. Company Infrastructure is very poor.

1. Product based company. 2. Good work culture. 3. Pay is good. 4. Flexible working hours. 5. No micro management from managers. 6. Provides free transport. 7. They are growing as a company. 8. HR folks are helpful. They will guide you in the right path regarding your queries.

Cons

1. Cafeteria should be improved. 2. Have to streamline certain policies and procedures. 3. Office infrastructure requires improvement.

Not many I know. If you are deserving, a hike greater than 15% is guaranteed.
