Unrealistic Quotas Make Success Nearly Impossible

Pros

Netradyne has a great product and smart people, but the expectations for enterprise sales are completely disconnected from reality.

Cons

Last year, only 2 out of 25 enterprise reps hit quota—and it's shaping up to be the same this year. Leadership needs to seriously reevaluate what success looks like and support the team with attainable goals. The pressure is high, but without realistic targets, even the best reps are set up to fall short.
