Pros

Many co-workers are a delight to work with.

Cons

Many managers have a CYA mentality and will outright lie to your face. I experienced so many times where there was no accountability for their behavior. If you would like to be treated as though you just don't matter, become an SDR at Netradyne. Contracts are frequently revised and always to the detriment of the SDR. Every revised contract required me to work harder and for less money. So contracts don't mean a thing with this company. Don't complain or they will fire you at a moments notice.

Pros

Opportunity to travel interesting tech Marketing has stepped up its game since 2020. If you enjoy the feeling of never completing an initiative , you’re in luck. You can always use the excuse “we’re a startup” when something fails but in reality it’s over 6 years old — it’s a frequent phrase.

Cons

Blatant disregard for glaring issues and inability to work through internal shortcomings. Lack of support for teams, lack of clear initiatives, deranged (US) c suite who oddly has way too much influence and visibly questionable ethics. Strange internal politics and dysfunctional silos.

Pros

Corporate Headquarters is overseas in India

Cons

With the new Netradyne CRO, company culture has been ruined and very unstable. His motto of “burn and churn” firing good sales reps every month, hiring new ones at a reduced salary, and letting them go in a few months (he REPEATS this cycle). No one should expect to have a career at Netradyne. Unethical, incompetent management. Let’s face it, your immediate sales director has control of whether you will succeed or fail. Sitting through multiple team meetings hearing how “his favorite sales rep” is killing it - Seriously, we can all see in the internal Slack channel that you (sales director) exclusively gifted your “favorite pet” 4 full months of slam-dunk leads and sand-bagged the rest of us. We all know you are there to pad your own paycheck (plus your favorite pet’s), and no one respects you. EXTREMELY TOXIC work environment. Bottom line is that the CRO and upper management only care to fatten themselves up, while the rest of the staff work extremely long hours and never get credit, have no path for employee appreciation, nor employee promotion. Netradyne’s upper management runs their culture through instilling high fear and daily threats to their employees as their method of pushing and squeezing employees trying to show any profitability of the company to please the board of directors. They lie about how much support you will receive as an employee or as a customer after the contract is signed. Very disappointing and unethical they treat their employees and customers like cattle - Run the other direction, & don’t waste your time here!!! Netradyne employees are only hanging on here SUFFERING waiting for the company to be SOLD - Netradyne is cutting corners in every department in hopes to make themselves look good “on paper” to entice potential buyers - MAJOR RED FLAGS!!!
