Not much. But there is so much to get done, and the company is growing so fast that they are always short of people, even though they are hiring very aggressively.

The turnover is very high due to the CRO's regular hiring and firing. Micromanaging is extreme. A big problem is the lack of consistency within the territories/accounts. There is only one product to sell. They act like they resell Geotab, but no one in the company is selling it due to the lack of knowledge and ability to customize.
