      Company is good with better perks like Comprehensive health insurance covering employees and dependent.

      Cons

      There are several drawbacks, all stemming from the management Poor Communication – Fails to provide clear directions or set expectations. Micromanagement – Exercises excessive control and lacks trust in employees' ability to work independently. Lack of Transparency – Makes decisions behind closed doors without involving employees. Blocks promotion and opportunities
