I have been here for 2+ years now! The work culture is very good. People are supportive, managers support is always present. We are encouraged to learn new implementation and make suggestion that will improve the user experience. Leadership team acknowledges the effort and conducts regular meetings to provide the overview of what was done and where we are going as a company.
